Dr. Lloyd Walton

I was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Chicago Heights, Illinois where I began my basketball career. I attended Mount Carmel High School and was named a Parade Magazine All American my Senior year. After high school, I attended Marquette University and was coached by the legendary coach, Al McGuire, where I was named 2nd team All American in my Senior year. In 1976, I was drafted by the Milwaukee Bucks and played from 1977 to 1980. I retired after playing for the Kansas City Kings from 1980-81. In 2015, I became the third player in NBA history to receive my Doctoral Degree in Organizational Leadership.
